Today’s practice is a guided imagery called the Hollows of the Body.
In this practice you will experience a gentle meditation to aid in connecting to the spaces within your body.
In yoga, the spaces can be a place to experience a sense of, creating space, opportunity for change or an emptying/letting go of something that no longer serves you. Also in this practice, feeling a sense of healing and connectedness to a part of your body or in its entirety may happen.
Before you begin, take a few moments to find a comfortable lying down position in which you feel supported.
As always in yoga — do what feels right for you. Know, that this may be a practice that connects with you today or maybe not. Every step you take toward finding connectedness and peace teaches you something about yourself, giving you more information for your journey.
