Lisa, Thank you for being such an extraordinaire resource and support for me on my eating disorder journey.  As I struggled, you were so positive, affirming, and insightful.
I learned so much about the disorder and myself.  Through your yoga sessions I was able to make  strong mind-body connections that I had never experienced in the past.
I learned that I was worthy of healing.  I now enjoy a healthy, balanced, fun life with a tool kit of strategies for life’s stressors—which  does not include overeating. I am blessed.  Thank you so much!
